Accredited Calibration Laboratory
ND has an air-conditioned calibration laboratory with constant temperature and humidity. It has been accredited according to DIN/EN/ISO for the measuring parameter evenness since 2013.
Our technicians in the calibration laboratory are committed to policy without any compromises in quality. The utmost priority is to fulfill the customer’s request for the calibration of measuring instruments and standards, as well as to have their instruments be traceable to national measurement standards while remaining consistent in quality. Keeping to specified deadlines and observing contractual obligations to the accreditation body are guidelines that are just as important.
To meet these strict requirements, ND has introduced a quality management system that is documented in the calibration laboratory’s quality management handbook. Our employees are motivated to contribute to an ongoing process of improvement.
Contract Manufacturing: Grinding, Drilling, Lapping
You need precision surface treatment for your work pieces made of natural hard stone (granite), mineral casting, technical ceramics or cast iron? We will carry out the grinding, drilling and lapping in the desired precision and issue the relevant test documents for your products.
Assembly of Linear Guides
Our granite machine beds and machine bases require a structure for the linear guides? The quality of the assembly is decisive: beginning with the right screws and the appropriate tools through to the surrounding conditions in the climate room and the experience of the fitter.
We assemble your steel guides in accordance with your preferences and with the highest degree of precision. The advantages over own assembly include greater efficiency and time savings. Because your work pieces are in our climate room in any case, all measuring equipment for surfaces and angles are already set up and our employees are extremely practiced when it comes to the assembly of guide rails.
